Ideas for rewarding myself for meeting fitness goals

  • massage
  • pedicure
  • new NF tshirt
  • weekend camping
  • lazy afternoon in the library by myself, with maybe a snack at Mad About Chocolate
  • personal training session
  • new book on health/fitness/diet/self-help
  • supplies for home-facials
  • afternoon shopping - Richmond? Someplace with funky, arty stores
  • afternoon sewing
  • new plant
  • pull-up bands
  • little bitty weight plates
  • go and have tea at a tea shop
  • time management, to-do list app

Most of these involve spending money. I need to get more creative about zero-cost treats.
