NotesSo far I'm happy with Coava. The roast is extremely light which you can taste in the brew. I may need to get a little more fine with the grind. It's a sweet flavor though and very aromatic. I also am trying the Matt Prager method for the brew. It's definitely getting me a more even extraction.
