Shockheaded Peter at Green Valley Theatre
This is one of the more unusual plays I've ever seen. The costumes were Victorian but with a scary clown twist. In each tale, the child either died or got their comeuppance, fitting to what they had done. These are are little kid fairy tales, but the short of tales old kids relish, being more interesting, and closer to reality than "happily ever after." The music was modern but dark. Another Green Valley triumph, due to their willingness to go for the edgy and difficult. Only Big Idea does this as well.
